The UBF 140 V bed milling machine is designed for large-scale, powerful machining of steel and cast materials. Features include heavy, vibration-damping machine construction in grey cast iron, particularly wide guideways, a high-performance, precision-guided cross table with 9 feed stages along both coordinate axes and the extra powerful drive unit with an output of 7,500 watts. Thanks to a vertically guided machine head with 9 feed stages and a high-precision milling spindle with infinitely variable speed, fine workpiece details such as close-fitting surfaces, feather keyways, slots, small threads etc. can also be machined. A digital position display always ensures optimum position control.
